Indoor–outdoor facility operated alongside a surf shop near the Tomikawa interchange on the Hakodate Shindō. Outdoors: a mini ramp. Indoors: arcs, pyramid, half-bowl, spine, and other transition sections usable year-round, 13:00–22:00 with night lighting. Skateboards, inline skates, and BMX are welcome; rental decks and safety gear available. Visitor pricing by hour or day with reduced rates for younger riders.
