Roughly 1,000 m² of outdoor concrete beside Muroran Rainbow Park, one minute on foot from JR Muroran Station. The layout grew from collaboration between local skaters and the city: ramps, boxes, arcs, banks, manual pads, and flat rails aimed at beginner-to-intermediate street skating. Free to use from daytime until 22:00 (no skating before dawn or after 22:00). Sections are not treated as city-maintained street furniture — respect the space and do not remove obstacles.

History

One of Hokkaido's early examples of a station-front public plaza shaped by rider advocacy; surface condition varies with age and weather.
